My background includes individual psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and meditation teaching. I have primarily focused on somatic therapy with the LGBTQ+ community.

While I am no longer providing therapy services, I continue to maintain a focused professional presence as my work evolves.

    I provide neurodiversity-affirming autism assessments for adults through Prosper Health.

    I am increasingly focusing on grief and end-of-life care. I volunteer at The Bardo while gaining additional training. This work is still evolving.
